Our team at Star Club is made up of dedicated and caring professionals with diverse backgrounds in education, childcare, sports & fitness, allied health and youth development. They bring a wealth of knowledge, enthusiasm, and passion to their roles, ensuring that each child feels valued and supported. Whether guiding children through creative play or inspiring them through games and sport, our educators are committed to making every day memorable.

Supervisors, educators and support staff are proud to participate in ongoing professional development to provide the best possible care and outcomes for children, including qualifications in child protection and first aid. Together, we collaborate with children to develop programs based on their interests, fostering a positive, inclusive, and trusting environment for families.

MEET THE DIRECTORS

Star Club is proudly led by Michelle and Jason Bouabaid, who bring 20 years of experience in the education and early childhood sector, with qualifications in teaching, health and safety, and business. Their mission is to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where children can connect, express themselves, and reach their full potential. Since launching the first Star Club service in Botany in 2012, Michelle and Jason have grown the organisation into a thriving community, built on strong partnerships with families and schools. Their leadership reflects a deep commitment to inspiring children, empowering educators, and fostering a sense of family and belonging.
